Getting around

Eating around the hotel

A map (tiff or pdf) and list (tiff or pdf) of restaurants around the hotel and the Gulbenkian Foundation can be downloaded. Please remember that lunch is NOT included in the registration fee so it may be useful to have the map with you at lunch time. There are two restaurants at the Gulbenkian Foundation itself, a small one at the Museum and a bigger one at the Modern Art Centre, but they can get pretty crowded, even without the assistance of ETAPS participants...

Eating at the University

Participants attending the tutorials on Sunday 29 or CMCS can have a light lunch at one of bars of the Faculty of Sciences. Salads, sandwiches, grilled steaks, fries, fruit, and soft drinks will be available at student prices (typically less than PTE 1,000). There are also restaurants nearby where a full meal can be enjoyed.
